About Me.
My professional journey began in the heat of the kitchen where I carved out a successful career in hospitality for over 40 years. I rose through the ranks to executive leadership and business ownership. But as the years passed I yearned for something more, more meaningful and in alignment with my values.
Life, as it does answered that call and met me at the raw edge of my own story. The experiences I’ve walked through didn’t break me - they broke me open. I remembered who I truly am and why I am here. I returned to my truth and my purpose of holistic embodied healing - Mind, Body, Spirit. Without Change, there is no growth and nothing changes. I chose to live in alignment with Integrity and purpose, for myself and to help others do the same.
I am a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Spiritual Guide, Shadow and Generational Healer. My work weaves together mentoring using the sacred tools gifted me, including ; light language & codes, shamanic drum & chime healing, psychic & intuitive mediumship, Taro & Pendulum Channeling. Through a deeply personalized approach, I facilitate and support clients on a path of their own deep healing, breaking cycles and old patterns. I help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, truth and true identity. Together we create a solid foundation for lasting, soul - led transformation.
My purpose is to Mentor and facilitate healing for people that have experienced grief, loss, PTSD, depression, addiction, childhood trauma, sexual, family & domestic violence, despair, hardships, victims of crime & self worth issues. I am here to help bring you home, to face the past & release, to move forward into the present of who you truly are and always meant to be - just you, you are worthy and you are more than enough! I practice Medication free, root cause healing and I know and believe the impossible is possible.

My mentorship program is for those brave and courageous souls looking for true alignment and deep connectedness to self. Here we begin to heal, we go to the deepest darkest depths and from there we build, gently, purposefully and soulfully. I’m not going to sugarcoat it, this healing journey is not for the faint hearted.
I can tell you this, it can be life altering and transformative in the most profound way. This work is sacred, divinely guided and uniquely yours. Throughout your mentoring, I will use all of my training, knowledge, lived experience and sacred tools to help guide you home.
